Reed Gold Mine is the location for the First Discovery of Gold in America.

Hours of Operation:
Summer (April to October)  - Tuesday thru Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Winter (November to March) - Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Closed on Sunday and Monday


Bethel United Methodist Arbor
Located at the Bethel United Methodist Church it is one of the oldest Arbors in the State of North Carolina.  It is on the Historic Registry.
