Land Use/ Master Plan 2030

The purpose of the Midland Land Use Plan (LUP) is to plan for orderly growth in a manner that encourages economic development, while at the same time maintaining Midland’s small town atmosphere. The policy statements contained in the Midland Land Use Plan serve as the basis for future development decisions.
